About this place
At Sareureu, Korean-style shaved ice known as bingsu and chilled fruit drinks are natural places to start. Visitors praise the ice for its fine, fluffy texture, as well as the combination of milk ice and strawberries. Flavours include strawberry, mango, kinako (roasted soybean flour), matcha and cookies and cream. There is a good range to choose from, whether you prefer fruit or want to try something different with kinako or matcha.
One visitor enjoyed kinako with mochi and almonds, and found even the small size satisfying. The strawberry smoothie has also made an impression for its refreshing chill and balance of sweet and tart flavours. Another diner liked that it contained fresh fruit and was not overly sweet. Strawberry, muscat grape and yuzu ades are also on the menu, adding more fruit-based options to consider.
Croffles are another option for a leisurely sweet treat. One diner found theirs moderately sweet, while the matcha milk was described as quite sweet, so it may be worth choosing a drink to suit your preference. Lattes come in flavours such as sweet potato, pumpkin, black bean, chestnut and ginger, offering an alternative to fruit-based drinks.
Sareureu offers dine-in service in Tsuruhashi as well as takeaway. With café lattes and hot coffee available, you can also pair a coffee with bingsu or a croffle.
